In October 2025, SAFE received the honor of being named a Best Place to Work in the Greater Sacramento region for the sixth time since 2018! What I appreciate most about this honor is that it is based exclusively on surveys our employees take where they share their thoughts on leadership, workplace culture, work-life balance, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. In other words, it’s our very own employees saying that they consider SAFE a best place to work!

As the chief human resources officer at SAFE, I have the privilege of working with amazing leaders and talented team members who support fellow employees who, in turn, assist our members with expertise and empathy.
