The Sacramento Ballet will bring its enchanting production of Paul Vasterling’s “Cinderella” to the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center between February 16-18, 2024. This production is set to Sergei Prokofiev’s magical score with a live orchestra at every performance led by conductor Ming Luke. Making dress-up dreams come true
The free Cinderella Dress-Up Party will be held before each matinee performance at 1:30 pm on both Saturday, February 17, and Sunday, February 18. The party includes a special ballet lesson from an expert instructor at the School of SacBallet, and the opportunity to win special prizes!
How to enter the sweepstakes
SAFE invites you to enter our SacBallet Cinderella Instagram Sweepstakes for a chance to win four vouchers to a performance of your choice between February 16-18, 2024. Entries will be accepted between 9 a.m. Monday, February 5 through 5 p.m. Monday, February 12.
To enter, follow @safecu on Instagram, post a selfie or photo you’ve taken of your friends and/or family in their best ballet pose, tag a friend, and tag @safecu and @sacballet. Be sure that your profile is set to public so we can see it. One entry per Instagram account.
Members from SAFE’s Marketing Department will hold a random drawing among all entries on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. SAFE will notify the winner on Tuesday, February 13, and SacBallet will email ticket vouchers to the winner the week of the performance. Vouchers have an approximate total value of $356 ($89 per ticket) and can be applied toward children or adult tickets for the dates of the winner’s choice between February 16 - 18, 2024.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN
All entries not accompanied by orders (establishing accounts or services) are treated the same as entries accompanied by orders. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 1 p.m. (PT), SAFE Credit Union will randomly select one winner to receive four (4) tickets to the Sacramento Ballet Cinderella production at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center valued at approximately $356 ($89 per ticket). The winners will be notified through the Instagram app by Tuesday, February 13, 2024, after 1 p.m. (PT). Ticket vouchers for the Cinderella performance of the winner’s choosing between February 16 – 18 will be emailed to the winner by SacBallet before the date of the performance. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be 18 years of age or older and a California resident to enter. This drawing is conducted by SAFE and is not open to the employees or family members of employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of SAFE, its respective advertising and promotion agencies, or any of the respective affiliates, related entities, successors or assigns of any of the above. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes begins on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 9 a.m. (PT). You will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes upon taking the following actions:
On Instagram, post a selfie or a photo you’ve taken of your friends and/or family in their best ballet pose and/or princess outfit.
The Instagram account making the post must:
- Follow SAFE Credit Union’s company account on Instagram.
- Be set to “public” in Instagram’s privacy settings.
- Tag @SAFECU and @SACBALLETon Instagram.
- Tag one of their Instagram friends.
- Posts must be made to Instagram by 5 p.m. (PT), Monday, February 12, 2024.
Limited to one (1) entry per individual. Alternate entries must be mailed on a plain 3.5” x 5” postcard. The entry must include (legibly hand printed or typed) name, age, complete address, city, state, ZIP code, home and business phone numbers (including area code), and email address (if any). Mail your 3.5” x 5” postcard to: "SacBallet Cinderella Instagram Sweepstakes” SAFE Credit Union, Marketing Department, 2295 Iron Point Road, Suite 100, Folsom CA 95630-8765.
ENTRY DEADLINES: All entries must be received/posted before Monday, February 12, 2024, at 5 p.m. (PT).
PRIZE CONDITIONS: In the event a SAFE representative determines, at his/her sole discretion based on his/her interpretation of these Official Rules, that an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if the entrant does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing from the remaining entries. If the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for SAFE to use said winner’s name in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Further, all winners must sign and return to SAFE a declaration of eligibility and liability publicity release to corporate headquarters at the address above, or at any branch before receipt of prize. Failure to sign and return the release to SAFE corporate headquarters or branch will result in the entrant’s disqualification.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes on Instagram (Instagram.com/safecu), I hereby grant full permission and consent to SAFE, its officers, directors, employees, advertising and promotional agencies, and anyone authorized by any of them to use my name, likeness, testimonials, voice, photographs, and/or video footage, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, for the purposes of advertising, publicity, and trade, and in connection therewith without any review or notification. My name, likeness, testimonials, voice, photographs, and/or video footage, may be used singularly or in conjunction with other names, likenesses, testimonials, voices, photographs, and video footage. I understand that others may view, use and/or reproduce said testimonials, photographs and/or recordings with or without SAFE's consent or permission. I hereby release and forever discharge SAFE, its officers, directors, employees, advertising and promotional agencies, and anyone authorized by any of them from any and all liability and any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the viewing and use of said testimonials, photographs, likenesses, voices and/or videos of myself, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel. This release shall inure to the benefit of the assigns, licensees, and legal representatives of SAFE. I agree to the use of my name and likeness for such purposes without limitation and without any financial compensation or royalties whatsoever, associated with the taking or publication of these photographs/videos or participation in SAFE marketing materials or other SAFE publications, except where prohibited by law. I agree this authorization may not be modified except in writing signed by both myself and SAFE. I hereby release and hold harmless SAFE Credit Union from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself associated with any photograph submitted.
NO LIABILITY: By entering and meeting eligibility for prizes, winner agrees to comply with all Official Rules, as stated, and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless SAFE, Instagram, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages, liability, injuries, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.
