Leave a comment about your favorite Sacramento area winter holiday tradition to be entered in a drawing to win four ticket vouchers to this year’s Nutcracker production. Be sure that your post is set to public so we can see it and that you comment by December 4, 2023! Vouchers have an average value of $75 each and can be applied toward children or adult tickets for the dates of the winner’s choice, performance dates between December 9-23, 2023.

Go to SAFE Credit Union’s (SAFE’s) Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/safecu) and share your favorite Sacramento holiday tradition as a comment in the Sacramento Ballet “Nutcracker” Ticket Voucher Facebook Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) post. The Sweepstakes runs from 12:01 a.m. PT November 27, 2023, to 11:59 p.m. PT December 4, 2023. Only posts set to the “public” setting in Facebook privacy settings will be eligible in the contest.
PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: On December 5, 2023 at 10 a.m. (PT), the SAFE Credit Union Marketing Department will randomly select one (1) winner to receive four (4) ticket vouchers with an estimated value of $300 ($75 per ticket) to the Sacramento Ballet’s “Nutcracker” performance dates December 9-23, 2023. The winner will be announced via SAFE’s Facebook page and contacted through direct messaging by December 6, 2023. Prize will be available for pick up at SAFE Credit Union Headquarters, 2295 Iron Point Road, Folsom, CA, 95630, starting on December 7, 2023, at 9 a.m. Tickets must be picked up by December 13, 2023 at 5 p.m. (PT). All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries. There is no cash equivalent prize.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. This contest is conducted by SAFE and is not open to the employees or family members of employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of SAFE, its respective advertising and promotion agencies, or any of the respective affiliates, related entities, successors or assigns of any of the above. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins on November 27, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. PT. Visit SAFE’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/safecu), find the Sweepstakes post, and publicly comment on that post with your favorite Sacramento region holiday tradition. Pictures are welcome but not required for entry. SAFE will not accept photos and/or language that are copyrighted, obscene, sexually graphic, or otherwise inappropriate for a public post. SAFE reserves to the right to determine whether the content of the post is appropriate. Posts made between November 27, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. PT, the Sweepstakes start time and 11:59 p.m. PT December 4, 2023, are eligible. Only one entry per Facebook account. Alternate entries must be mailed on a plain 3.5” x 5” postcard. The entry must include (legibly hand printed or typed) name, age, complete address, city, state, ZIP code, home, and business phone numbers (including area code), and email address (if any). ENTRY DEADLINES: All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT December 4, 2023.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: In the event a SAFE representative determines, at his/her sole discretion based on his/her interpretation of these Official Rules, that an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if the entrant does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing from the remaining entries. If the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for SAFE to use said winner’s name in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Further, all winners must sign and return to SAFE a declaration of eligibility and liability publicity release. Failure to sign and return the release to SAFE at the address provided above, within twenty (20) days of notification of winning, will result in the entrant’s disqualification.

I agree this authorization may not be modified except in writing signed by both myself and SAFE. I hereby release and hold harmless SAFE Credit Union from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself associated with any photograph submitted.
NO LIABILITY: By entering and meeting eligibility for prizes, winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated, and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless SAFE and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages, liability, injuries, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.
