Calling all kids who love to color, create, doodle and decorate! As part of SAFE’s Summer Kids Days in June, we’re holding a coloring contest for kids ages 6-17. We’ll randomly select one winner from all the entries to feature on SAFE’s Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Here’s how to enter the Next Gen at SAFE Summer Coloring Contest:
- Stop by a SAFE branch to pick up a coloring sheet or download and print it out here.
- Bring all your creativity and bling it up with color, dazzle, sparkles, or whatever brings out your inner artist.
- Take a photo and have your parent send it via direct message to SAFE Credit Union’s Instagram account, and be sure your parent includes your name, age, and their phone number and email address.
- If you want to go old school, mail in your completed masterpiece to Next Gen at SAFE Summer Coloring Contest, Attn: Marketing Department, SAFE Credit Union, 2295 Iron Point Road, Suite 100, Folsom, CA 95630. Be sure to include your name, age, and your parent’s phone number and email address. Keep in mind that we won’t be able to return completed artwork.
To be eligible, entries need to be received by SAFE either via the Instagram account or by mail by 11:59 p.m. PT July 3, 2026.
We’ll randomly select one winner from all entrants on July 10 and let the winner know by July 17. We’ll share the winning artwork on July 27 on SAFE’s Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Next Gen at SAFE Summer Coloring Contest Official Rules
SPONSOR: SAFE Credit Union (SAFE), located at 2295 Iron Point Road, Folsom CA 95630, is the sponsor and prize provider of this Contest. Terms and conditions apply.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be a SAFE member in good standing between the ages of 6-17 as of June 1, 2026 to enter. The following individuals and their immediate family members, heirs, successors and assigns are not eligible: Employees, volunteer officials, or other agents of SAFE, SAFE affiliates, or SAFE advertising or promotional agencies. Void where prohibited.
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest runs from 12:00 a.m. (PT), June 1, 2026 through 11:59 pm. (PT) July 3, 2026.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Next Gen at SAFE Summer Coloring Contest, an eligible entrant must obtain the official SAFE coloring sheet, available at SAFE branch locations and online at https://www.safecu.org/docs/default-source/official-rules/nextgenatsafe_coloringpage_contestrules.pdf and complete the coloring page in its entirety using the entrant’s own original work. Upon completion, a parent or legal guardian must submit the entry on behalf of the entrant either by (i) taking a clear and legible photograph of the completed coloring page and transmitting it via direct message to the official SAFE Instagram account (@safecu), or (ii) mailing the original completed coloring page to: Next Gen at SAFE Summer Coloring Contest c/o SAFE Credit Union, Attention: Marketing Department, 2295 Iron Point Road, Suite 100, Folsom CA 95630-8765. For mailed entries, please include child’s name, child’s age, parent’s phone number, parent’s email, and parent’s Instagram handle. All entries must be received in accordance with the submission instructions to be considered valid. Limited to one (1) entry per individual. Contestant is responsible for all mailing/delivery costs.
ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received before July 3, 11:59 p.m. (PT).
PRIZE: The winner’s artwork and name (last name abbreviated by first letter for privacy) will be featured on the SAFE Credit Union Facebook and Instagram accounts, valued at $00.00. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
SELECTION OF WINNER: Winning entry will be randomly selected by the SAFE Marketing team on Friday, July 10, 2026 from all eligible entries on or around 3:00 p.m. (PT). The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram by July 17, 2026. Winner will be posted on SAFE Credit Union Instagram account @safecu. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the winner for any reason. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the winners will be declared the official winners of the Contest. In the event of a tie, the winners will be determined by random drawing of the tied entries conducted by the SAFE Credit Union Marketing Department.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: In the event a SAFE representative determines, at his/her sole discretion based on his/her interpretation of these Official Rules, that an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if the entrant does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing from the remaining entries. If the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for SAFE to use said winner’s name in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. The winner’s parent or legal guardian must sign and return to SAFE a declaration of eligibility, liability, and publicity release on behalf of the winner. Failure to sign and return the release to SAFE at the address provided above within 20 days of notification of winning will result in the entrant’s disqualification.
SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE: By entering the Contest through SAFE’s Instagram (instagram.com/safecu) I fully release and hold Instagram harmless from liability, and acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
NO LIABILITY: By entering and meeting eligibility for prizes, winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated, and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless SAFE and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Contest as well as any other claims, damages, liability, injuries, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation in the Contest.
CONTEST CONDITIONS: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SAFE and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. SAFE is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures; faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions; entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
WINNERS LIST: For an Official Winners List (available after July 17, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Next Gen at SAFE Summer Coloring Contest” – WINNERS LIST - or - OFFICIAL RULES (please specify), c/o SAFE Credit Union, 2295 Iron Point Road, Suite 100, Folsom CA 95630-8765. All requests must be received by August 1, 2026.
