As a credit union proud of its Sacramento-region roots, we are particularly excited to work with local builder JMC Homes on its latest housing development in the new Placer One community in Roseville.
Placer One is a sweeping, 2,200-acre master planned community that will be a regional epicenter featuring more than 5,600 homes, a satellite campus of CSU Sacramento, two schools, shopping districts, parks and walking paths Placer One is being created through a partnership of Placer County, CSU Sacramento, Sierra College, and Taylor Builders to provide a place for Placer One residents and the surrounding community to gather, grow and learn.
JMC Homes is one of the builders creating neighborhoods in the project’s first phase.
