At SAFE, we know our members are the foundation of our credit union’s success. With nearly 80 years of service, we rely on our members’ feedback so we can improve upon our products, our services, and our training across the organization. SAFE believes, by being a learning organization, we serve our members better and can sustain that very important status of being your financial institution of choice.
We want to hear more from you, our membership! To do so, SAFE has employed a new email survey program that launched in August. Each month we will be reaching out to randomly selected groups of members asking how you currently rate our service, and how likely you might be to recommend SAFE to your friends, family, and colleagues.
Be assured that your feedback will be heard at the highest levels of our organization, and that we will personally reach out to those who tell us they’d like to be contacted or want to share more of their thoughts with us.
This survey is the first phase of an effort to make it easier for our members to give us feedback. Later phases will include surveys that will be sent after you engage with SAFE for certain needs, such as loan servicing, opening accounts, or other service touchpoints.
While this survey will be a convenient way for you to tell us how we’re doing, we always encourage our members to reach out to us any time by calling (800) SEE-SAFE, leaving us a note or review on our social media pages, or stopping by one of our branches.
